A Werewolf (also known as a lycanthrope or a lupine) is a human with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf, either as a result of genetics (e.g. one or both parents are werewolves) or after being placed under a curse or affliction (e.g. via a bite or seeing the eyes from an Ultima). Though werewolves can transform into their wolf forms and back to their human forms again at will, the transformation appears to happen automatically when a werewolf is exposed to the full moon.

General Information[]

Roles[]

Alpha (Male) [School][]

The alpha male is one of the leaders in a high school Werewolf pack. He can gain the role of Alpha when either of these things happen:

  • The former Alpha (Male) passes his role to him
  • The current Alpha (Female) choose him as the role of Alpha (Male)
  • He fights with the current Alpha (Male) and wins the battle
  • There is no Alpha at all and the werewolves in the pack will vote (For PDH, the teacher would pick)

Alpha (Female) [School][]

The alpha female is another one of the leaders in a high school Werewolf pack. She can gain the role of Alpha when one of these things happen:

  • The former Alpha (Female) passes her role to her.
  • The current Alpha (Male) chooses her as the role of Alpha (Female)
  • She fights with the current Alpha (Female) and wins the battle
  • There is no Alpha at all and the werewolves in the pack will vote (For PDH, the teacher would pick)

Alpha (Wild)[]

In the wild, a Werewolf pack only has one alpha. The reason why a high school pack has two is so they could have a better understanding of the role.[Citation needed]

in the wild, the werewolves of a pack fight, with the one who comes out on top being the alpha. This rank is the most respected.

Beta (Wild)[]

A Beta is often the Alpha's mate. There are some cases where betas are family or close friends of the alpha. The Beta is respected by the other werewolves in the pack but respects the Alpha just like the others.[Citation needed]

The Sidekicks of the Alpha[]

There has only been one time in Werewolf History that the Alpha has sidekicks that will fight for his own battles. That was when Ein (A former Omega) became Alpha with the permission of the former Alpha (Male) Aaron Lycan. Ein had sidekicks by his side when he was Alpha. His sidekicks were sometimes more than five. Ein used his sidekicks to help fight his own battles and to bully other beings. Having sidekicks or people by your side all the time when you are Alpha, makes you considered by all werewolves as a weak, selfish coward and a humiliation to Werewolf kind.[Citation needed]

The Werewolves (Not including Alpha, Beta and Omegas)[]

The werewolves in a pack are also important. Without them, the pack would not have existed. The werewolves in a pack must be more than two. The smallest werewolf pack known to werewolf kind had only six werewolves in it (this includes alpha, beta, and omegas).[Citation needed]

The Omega[]

The omega is considered the lowest stage of the pack. The Omega is the werewolf that usually gets teased, bullied, etc. The alpha male can also be omega when he is alpha, as Aaron was in Phoenix Drop High season 1. The omega is a helper to the pack. They have to tend to the werewolves' needs (Eg health, food, etc). There can be more than one omega in a pack. But the max number of omegas in a pack is three. If the Omega approaches the Alpha to try to become Alpha, they are resented by the werewolves. The omega can gain the role of omega by doing the things below:

  • They are chosen by the Alphas to become an omega
  • They do something bad and gets punished by being sent to the Omega stage
  • They challenge the Alpha and lose

Laws[]

Since werewolves are stronger and more durable than humans and Meif'was, to keep order between races, werewolves are forbidden from use physical violence on humans or Meif'was.[Citation needed] Some businesses even go as far as to ban all werewolves if one were to cause havoc, although this does lead to conflict due to race discrimination.

History[]

Legend[]

The Ultima started as a man. He loved his wife so much that he would do anything for her. They were happy together, until one fateful day, when she fell deadly ill. The man was crushed; he could not live without her, so he made a deal with a demon. The deal was on the day of the blood moon, the demon would bring her back, but his end of the deal was that he was to sacrifice a living creature. The man chose a wolf. The god of wolves found out about this. Furious, he cursed the man to not walk human nor wolf but as a monster, half human and half wolf. When he went home he was chased out and from then on, walked alone. He was so lonely that he wandered back to the village. Then he realized his curse was not what he had become, it was the ability to turn people in half human and half wolf. Driven by loneliness, he turned the whole village. This was the first pack and he was the leader: a monster controlling them with fear. Then from there, the first Ultima was born.[1]

Minecraft Diaries[]

Werewolves usually live in close communities called tribes, that usually consist of one large family tree, and most have a form of hierarchy within their tribe, with a male and female leading the tribe as the King and Queen (also known as the Alpha Male and Alpha Female). Werewolves also appear to be quite socially conservative with regards to their political and religious views, though some tribes have started to introduce new ideologies to their way of life, though some still retain their traditions, including arranged marriage between the children of two tribal leaders.

MyStreet[]

Werewolves are known to actuate in what is known as "packs". These packs can be comprised of any number of werewolves and usually have an order of a sort. Similarly to tribes in Minecraft Diaries, every pack has two leaders known as "Alphas" (one female and one male) who are tasked with the role of helping the other werewolves in the pack. In accordance with this tradition, however, the role of Alpha comes with the responsibility of electing an Omega, who is usually esteemed to be the most-hated werewolf of the pack. This doesn't necessarily mean the other members are required to hate the person, but they do most of the time since this is in line with their Werewolf nature.

Characteristics[]

In their human forms, most werewolves would not be deemed any different physically than a regular human, however, it appears that they have a 3rd form as in a furry tail and ears. Not much is known of this form, but we see a lot of it though in S2 we think that it's a natural form

In their wolf forms, most werewolves seem to take the form of a therianthropic hybrid creature rather than an actual wolf, as they are still able to speak English, and stand of their hind legs rather than on all fours like a real wolf. However, younger werewolves, such as Leona, Lello, and Rollo, walk on all fours in their wolves forms, suggesting that werewolves gradually move onto their hind legs as they get older.

Those who are born as said species tend to have naturally colored fur on their ears and tail, with purple and brownish-black being a common coloration, some have abnormally colored fur - for example, Daniel having green fur as well as Ein having blue fur. For turned werewolves it is different. They usually have their tail and ears the same color as their hair.

Trivia[]

  • Werewolves can't stand the smell of chili peppers, and they can be used as a form of protection against them.
  • Werewolves are occasionally shown to wear human clothes on multiple occasions, including baseball hats, ripped jeans, and even crocs.
  • Werewolves aren't able to ingest chocolate for some unknown reason. This could be a reference as to how Werewolves act as dogs and are the counterparts to Meif'was. In real life, dogs can not eat chocolate or it will possibly make them have an upset stomach which ends up with vomiting or having Diarrhea.
  • Werewolf pups are commonly all one color, but when they grow up, they shed and become a different colored werewolf.
    • There is also a rare chance of an Albino werewolf, Lowell is an example.

  • Werewolves love the dangerously cheesy taste of Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
  • Werewolves are very playful creatures. If you have a toy or a ball on you, you might likely have a werewolf as a friend at the end of the day.
  • Werewolves clean each other's fur as many werewolves are actually allergic to shampoo.
  • Werewolves loves hotdogs, also known as weenies.
  • A running gag in the MyStreet universe is that due to werewolves being very strong, they have a tendency to break down windows.
  • Werewolves are afraid of vacuums.
  • Werewolves are said to have a rivalry with their counterparts, werecats, though werecats are only ever mentioned and never actually appear.
